My husband, 3 kids and I came for a late lunch. We were seated right away. Took about 10 minutes for the waitress to even come take our drink order. She came back and took our food order right away. We waited over an hour, in which during that time she came over twice saying “we are waiting on the sampler platter”. We ended up leaving after another 20 minutes of waiting. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Wednesday at 4:50. Stood at the counter waiting to order for 10 minutes. In that time a hostess was standing there on her phone, another worker went on to the computer looked at me and then walked away. Do I as a customer need a bell to get your workers attention?

BW3's continues to lower the bar for food and service across the country! This once fantastic chain 20+ years ago, isn't even a shadow of what it once was. We went to the Green Bay location on a Monday night only for convenience, and was not my choice. The place was almost completely dead. We had to wait nearly 5 minutes for a host to appear and seat us. Did we get sat in the dining area? No. To the bar area, which we could have done ourselves. Only two tables were occupied in the dining area. The four of us got dismisevly put at a table for 8, menus tossed on the table, and we never saw the host again. Or maybe it was a manager who was ready to quit? He had that vibe. We had yet to even see a server in the restaurant. The only other staff we saw was behind the bar, occasionally. Another few minutes and a server came out of the back looking like she wanted to be anywhere else but there. She did her best to pretend she cared what we wanted to drink, and eventually returned with our drinks quite a bit longer than it should have taken. We ordered our food once the drinks were brought and that is the highlight of the dining experience. It took exceptionally long to get our food for there being maybe 10 customers in the whole place. My wings were supposed to be Wild Sauce, and it was Spicy Garlic despite the Wild sticker on the wax paper they were served on. And I would know the difference between sauces after nearly 40 years of eating their wings and sauces while seeing their quality, spice level and flavor continue to decline. There was only a faint trace of warmth left in my wings. They were probably the first food done and just sat there for 10+ minutes waiting for the rest of our food to be done. Another order at our table with fries had maybe 30% of the fries NOT burnt brown by the clearly old cooking oil. 70% brown dry fries. Yum! An order of boneless wings looked like 5 little shriveled chicken nuggets with only the faintest brushing of sauce on them. The little quarter-sized dehydrated-looking pathetic excuses for food appeared comically miniscule on the large serving tray they came on, like some kind of joke meal presentation from a Tim & Eric sketch. Another order of wings in Medium Sauce had even less warmth than my wings and probably had been cooked twice as long for as dry and brittle they were. Think the turkey from Christmas Vacation. It wasnt even worth complaining because clearly the staff and the company just dont give one ounce of caring how awful this chain has become. Its the culture. I've seen similar bad food and bad service in states from New Jersey to California the last 10-15 years. This isn't an isolated experience. So to sum up, this was the last chance I gave to a once great business. Since they went national they continue to devolve into the worst food chain in America. Never again will I enter this sick joke of a restaurant. BW3s has become a metaphor for the current state of this country as a whole: A pathetic shadow of what it once was and could be again if we could get rid of the rot and greed at the core. Shame on you and your franchise! If in 15 years I cant find one branch in this country that cares, your whole company deserves to go away forever. And good riddance! It can't happen soon enough!

Every time we go to this location the tables are dirty, never cleaned between customers. We shouldn't have to ask to have a table wiped down.
