    9/11/26 @ around 8 PM We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. When my husband and I first arrived, we were seated right away, which was great. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive part of our experience. The young gentleman who seated us did not give us menus, say anything to us, or acknowledge us before walking away. We sat at our table with no menus and waited over 15 minutes. We completely understand that our server may have been busy and unable to get to us immediately. What was frustrating, though, was that she never even acknowledged us. The gentleman who seated us eventually came back and asked if anyone had taken our order. We told him no, and only then did our server finally come over. After taking our order, she essentially disappeared again. Once our food arrived, our server never came back to check on us—not even once. We needed more water, but it felt like we were being completely ignored. The entire time we were there, the only interaction we had with our server was when she took our order. No greeting, no check-in, no “How is everything?”, nothing. When we were ready to leave, we waited for our bill, and once again, she never came. We eventually had to flag down another employee just to get someone to acknowledge us and help us pay. For an $80 bill, this was incredibly disappointing customer service. We aren’t angry—we are genuinely very disappointed that we spent $80 at a restaurant where we felt like our business didn’t matter. To the young lady who was serving us: please remember that acknowledging your customers is part of providing good service. Even a simple “How is everything?” or checking whether we needed more water would have made a huge difference. Instead, we watched you walk around and snack while we sat there trying to get your attention. We are normally very generous tippers, but we did not leave a tip this time because, quite honestly, we received virtually no service. We weren’t expecting perfect service—we were expecting to be acknowledged and checked on. Will we come back? Maybe. But we definitely will not be returning to this location. This experience left us extremely disappointed, especially because we genuinely wanted to enjoy our dinner and support the restaurant.

    What an absolute pathetic place! Service is non existent. They just stare at you and no one came to the table at all. Finally we had to leave

    Resturaunt was so dirty and we showed up around 1130, so right after they opened. So dirty that the grease buildup on the floor made it hard to walk on. They gave us a table in the back which had crumbs all over and very sticky with built up grease. I sat down on a chair that was full of crumbs. The table clearly hadnt been wiped down. When the food came out it was cold and barely covered in sauce. The chicken was hard as a rock. Will not be going back.

    This was the worst food and the worst service I have ever received at a sit down restaurant. Took over an hour for our food and our waitress was clueless. Had to ask 3 times for our drinks, finally brought the refills after we were done. When our food was finally delivered we were missing an order of fries. The waitress replied, "Well I guess I can bring some" and acted as if I was in the wrong. When I reminded her they came with the meal, she asked if I was sure that I wanted them. I told her I was sure snd then she said they were out of fries. And the boneless wings were SO bad, I couldn't even eat them. I literally had to spit it out. Do NOT eat here! How are they even open?????? Oh, and after talking to the manager, he said they were short staffed. There were 2 waitresses and never more than 6 or 7 tables at any given time.
