  The bathroom made me want to puke. All but 1 toilet had something gross in it. I'm only writing this review because this isn't the first time the bathroom has smelled so bad like this.

  I’m really disappointed with this place. The chicken was extremely overcooked, like it had been fried twice and then left in the fryer way too long. It was so hard and dry that it was difficult to even bite into. We ordered 30 wings, but instead of getting actual wings, we received 23 drumsticks and only 7 wing pieces. That’s very misleading. On top of that, the sauce wasn’t even mixed properly — some pieces had way too much sauce while others had almost none. The service was also poor and nobody seemed to care about the quality of the food or the customer experience. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t come back.

  We ordered 30 pieces of wings, but around 23 of them were drumsticks. When we asked our server about it, he told us that customers need to specify when ordering if they want more flats or drumsticks. At the same time, we also mentioned that the wings were over fried and too dry, but he said he didn’t know because that was the kitchen’s issue. Honestly, it feels like the server may need additional training on how to handle customer concerns and communicate better. Also, our IDs were never checked when alcohol was served, which is a serious issue.

  Thursday is our regular night date night at B-dubs. And Kayla is our girl! We have made the mistake of stopping in other times when Kayla was not there. And it never works out in our favor. Yesterday was no different. We forgot Kayla would be off this Thursday and the disappointment did not disappoint. Why do none of the managers or any other staff care about us the way she does!?!? Why do we sit for prolonged periods being ignored when it’s not Kayla helping us? It’s crazy to think that such a busy establishment feels to us like they literally only have one good employee. What is the point of unlimited apps of no one is refilling them for you? Not impressed at all. Kayla please don’t take vacations on Thursday anymore.

  We placed a pickup order for the 20/20 deal plus tater tots, straightforward enough, one would think. We were handed our bag at the counter with the bone-in wings missing entirely. I had to go back inside to retrieve them, where they were apparently "ready to go" and just... sitting there, with zero explanation as to why they hadn't made it into the original bag. A promising start. These wings were allegedly made fresh. I am skeptical. The boneless were a disaster in two distinct acts: half were so thoroughly dehydrated they had achieved an inexplicable crunch — not the satisfying kind, but the kind that raises genuine questions about what you're eating — and the remainder, marginally less desiccated, had the texture of wet sand held together by wishful thinking. The bone-in were no redemption. Aggressively dry, almost certainly freezer-burned based on the color of what little meat existed inside them — and I do mean little. The flats were skeletal to the point of being ornamental, and the drummettes were packed with so much sinew they were functionally inedible. The tater tots were good. Genuinely, unironically good. They are the sole reason this review contains any positive language at all, and frankly they deserved better company. Save yourself. Order somewhere else.
