  The wings were good, as always. But this review is for customer service, not the food. For real, Carlos makes this place. He's the most friendly customer service I've had in years and just kept it real with me and my family the whole time. For real, this dude is going places. Wing stop, you better promote this guy quick before someone else snatches him up for management. Thanks Carlos. Will definitely be back because of you.

  When orders are completed, they put them on the counter where people in the store go thru the bags to see if it's theirs. Not really thrilled having people go thru my food. There are no garbage cans in the place to throw trash away. The tables are never cleaned off. The people that leave just leave their trash on the table. Takes to long to get an order. 40 minutes is to long to wait. I'll never go there again.

  Just went there at 830pm and was told they are no longer taking orders. The woman at the counter was rude and unprofessional and told me she didn’t care and then told me to “go somewhere else” if I wanted food. I will never return. 0/10 do NOT recommend

  Unfortunately I will not be a returning customer anymore. Overtime the quality of food and portion size have gone down hill. Most recent couple of times ordering on uber eats we received no ranch (paid extra for 3 ranches) and then when we called the store they couldn't find our order and were kind of unprofessional tbh. No seasoning on my soggy fries too. I used to love ordering from here so it is VERY disappointing. RIP Wingstop

  I ordered through door dash but over half of my order was missing. I called door dash and Wingstop. Wingstop was willing to remake the food at first but then they called me back and told me I had to contact door dash. That is fine and all but Jose (the one who called me back and took my initial call) was very rude to me on the phone. I swore at him once as I was pretty upset that they wouldn't fix my order. He told me that if I kept swearing at him that he didn't have to help me. I stopped swearing but was still upset as most customers will be when they don't get their food/order right but Jose decided to continue to talk me on the phone like I was a child and was extremely rude so I called him out on it. I told him o work in customer service and regardless how mad a customer gets he should not be talking to them in that manner. He proceeded to hang up on me. The employee was a jerk and should honestly be fired for his actions today. I would not recommend calling there to complain about your order being missing because JOSE (the supervisor or manager as he called himself) will hang up on you!
