  Absolutely horrible customer service!! I waited on hold to place my order with the location on Calumet St in Appleton/Darboy and the female working decided to answer the phone and as soon as I said I needed a takeout order, she hung up. This is after waiting 15 minutes for the call center to connect me to the location be because the call center has messed my order up in the past.

  Ordered delivery to my hotel room, had my room number and phone number on the order. Hour after delivery still didn't receive my food, called store and found out out driver is new and doesn't know their job. Left my food in the lobby for an hour and never called me. Got to eat ice cold pizza after spending 60 dollars. Manager was also rude and defending drivers stupidity on the phone.

  Ordered online. Nothing showed up. Called and was told order was canceled due to not havong some of the items I ordered. I can understand canceling an order but not bothering to notify the customer is ridiculous. So sad when u can't even manager a pizza shop correctly.

  Ordered for the first time in a long time last weekend and was impressed with the speed of service. Ordered online was quoted 20 minutes, pull up to window and was told pizza just came out of oven and less than one minute I was served. Pizza Hut needs to learn to keep promotions ongoing as regular prices are not worth it considering Marco's is much better for less.
