  used to be a great place to order from until about a week about their door dash driver can’t seem to get it right. the first order i had issue with the driver was sitting two blocks away and refused to answer the phone causing the food to never come. and i called to cancel after over 2 hours of waiting. which they comped so credit where credit is due they went above and beyond in that sense. they brought it via their own driver it went amazing. ordered same thing this time the driver just drove circles around i called and texted bunch of times and 1 hour and a have after it was supposed to get delivered it did and the driver saif “he forgot it in there” food was terrible by that point. i called to give another chance at ordering by calling myself and explaining the situation so the drivers knew the right place and they refused to take the order saying they have too many credits. never asked for one just asked to place an order. yet couldn’t even get food from them.

  Did a walk in order for a pizza. The banter between Willow and her coworkers definitely kept the experience entertaining. Which I was not expecting for just what I expected to be an ordinary visit.

  Nothing against anyone who works here, the service was excellent. I doubt even the franchise owner can fix what's wrong with Papa Johns. Something happened to this chain sometime in the past few years... it tastes so different than it used to. The cheese was almost slimy and the bread tasted like nothing. It's a shame because their bread used to be so good! Corporate needs to follow Dominos and Burger King and rethink the quality of their ingredients.

  Ordered two large pizzas. One sausage with 1/2 onion. The second extra peperoni with black olives. The black olive pizza did not have any peperoni. Delivery was terrible. Received notice that Door Dash would delver. Their tracker showed my pizza picked up on time and driven in the opposite direction 5-6 miles. Then back past the store which is only 6 blocks from my house. When I called the store, Manager Cody was sarcastic and passed 100% responsibility over to Door Dash. His speech was to talk down to me in an intimidating and condescending way. The pizza was ice cold. The driver was obnoxious and rude.
