  No employee asked who the order I was waiting all they said was welcome in…did bother to acknowledge I was standing tat the pick up RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO GOOD PEOPLE

  Will you play store order in the Drive-Thru waited in a long line in the Drive-Thru and got to the window and were told they could not take cash at the window so I told her I would run inside and pay with my card by the time I parked and got inside to pay for my food they had tossed my food out and made me wait all over again. I explained that I had someone in the car who had just had a bad accident and I couldn't leave them alone and she said well we're very busy and I said well I've already waited once and of course I was left with no choice to wait again I will never go back to that location very disappointing

  On Tuesday, March 24, I came in to this Panera just looking for something good to eat. Not only did I get some good good, I also met the most respectful and kind workers I have ever seen in a restaurant before! This one teenage girl with really pretty long hair was the sweetest girl I’ve met, I think she said her name was Melanie! Keep up the good work you guys!!!

  As far as chain restaurants go, the food is pretty good. I didn't realize when ordering our sandwiches (on bagels) we'd be getting 2 whole bagel sandwiches each. It would be good to share, but way too much for one person. We each took a sandwich home. Staff was patient while we were deciding what to order.
