My fiancé and I stopped in tonight for dinner. Our waiter AJ was fabulous, made good conversation and had us laughing. However, the food was a let down. My fiancé got the fish tacos, and they tasted terrible. She only took 1 bite. I got the chimichurri flank steak. The steak was chewy and hard to digest. The chimichurri sauce tasted like grass. I have never been, and unfortunately will probably not go back.

We should have been honest when asked 3-5 times if the food was good by our waitress but we honestly didn’t have the heart to say everything was disgusting. I ordered the chimichuri surf and turf with poblano rice and seasonal veggies. First of all the shrimp was cold, the chimichuri was so salty I scraped it off of everything. The rice was crunchy, the seasonal veggies was canned corn, raw black beans raw spinach and mushrooms. My steak was so tough and had no flavor but burnt I don’t even know how else to put it. Absolutely disgusting. We ordered the chip dip trio, the guac was ok the tomatoes were hard though; the queso tasted oddly similar to Tostitos canned queso and came out with a weird film over top as if it had been sitting. Which it probably was because everything was cold. I got a strawberry mojito, the strawberries were similar to those you get on a strawberry sundae you know, the kind with the syrup? The drink tasted like straight syrup no mint. My husband got a spotted cow from the tap, it was flat. Respectfully a new chef is needed, this is not Latin food. And it is insulting to the Latin culture to claim this as such. This was also incredibly over priced for what you get no wonder people have stopped eating out.

Stumbled on Osorio Latin Fusion during a day trip — total gem! Perfect dishes, clearly labeled dietary options, and super accommodating with food intolerances (they even came up with a perfect alternative sauce). Delicious and memorable! 🌮✨

Love coming here and trying all the different fusion dishes and combinations. The brussel sprout queso is a must have. Got some great information about the owners and their unique background and culinary history from our waitress and it made the whole experience even more interesting and exciting. If you cant decide what kind of food youre looking to have for dinner, I guarantee this place will help satisfy every craving and help you try something new!

We (Batterman Integrity Group Real Estate) held one of our monthly client appreciation events at Osarios. It was a wine tasting and pairing bites for 40 people and it was FANTASTIC. I worked with Alexa who runs their banquet services. I don't know what I would have done without her. She made sure every request was a "yes" and question was answered. She even arranged for our sommelier to meet with their bar manager to order a few wines they didn't have on their menu. The staff was amazing, the food delicious, and the atmosphere magical. I would recommend Osorios, Alexa, and their staff for anywhere from a casual birthday to a corporate event! BIG thanks to all of you!
