  I order from this location frequently and really like the food, however I'd estimate that 20-25% of the orders I place are missing an item that was paid for. Deserts, extra sides, or beverages occasionally just do not arrive. I'm not sure if they employ drivers any more or just exclusively use gig apps. Maybe the drivers aren't checking the receipts, I don't know. When I pointed out that my soda was missing yesterday the woman just shrugged at me and we left it at that. There was even a straw in the bag for the missing drink. This is at least the 5th time now this has happened.

  Waited in line for over 30 min, if I could have gotten out of line I would have left. Ridiculous!

  I remember when Jimmy John's was really good and the people were friendly and energetic. Today was not that. The food was bred with low quality meat with more bread and low quality vegetables with more bread it seemed. There are some crews that work here that are energetic and engaging in today was the opposite. Disappointed
