  If I could give zero stars I would!! Service was so slow and they didn’t even acknowledge this women waiting for them to take her order Literally ignored her for a very long time. They were not busy. One person making food and another person cleaning up when there were plenty of tickets to do… very disappointing.

  Every time I order delivery from this location, they forget my pickle or my side. Then I call to let them know that part of my order was missing, and they just tell me that they'll write it down in their books and I can pick it up at a later time. I currently have probably three to four pickles and/or sides in their books, waiting for me to pick up. If I wanted to pick it up, I probably wouldn't order delivery. Really, they're just stealing my money. I think they should concentrate on being freaky accurate instead of freaky fast.

  Decent food and location but thebservice was not good. They were very rude when I picked up the order and did not give me the drinks we ordered after I verified everything was in the bag. Would suggest other locations or stores before this one.

  This guy taking the order had a bad day. Eat a lunch and start over. We just want subs and nothing else, no drinks and chips. Quit being mad and rolling your eyes. How aggressive, just because I'm not adding a few bucks in to my order It's just this location on Calumet Street, if you read the reviews, it is just this location and this odd staff...The people here make it so uncomfortable!

  Waited 45 minutes for a mobile order. For them to realize that their ticket printer ran out of paper and there was 10 people waiting. When I asked the status of my order none of them could figure out where it went and finally told me gave it to the wrong person. When I asked if they could remake it for me they stated they would have to get through about 15 orders before making mine. When I asked for a refund the worker rolled her eyes refunded me and walked away without saying anything. So very disappointed with the service and the way I was treated by the staff. Will absolutely not come back to this location.
