  Aaron’s customer service is immaculate! Best service my husband and I have ever received at a Jimmy John’s. He took the time to talk about what’s new and make suggestions! I’ll come back to this location everytime because of his warm and welcoming personality and attitude!

  Aaron was phenomenal. Super helpful when it came to help my wife and I decide on what to order, gave us solid recommendations based on what we usually get at other places. Definitely will start to frequent this location because of this interaction.

  Ordered online and the sandwiches were missing toppings. Order a spicy east coast Italian and didnt get any peppers, so its not spicy at all. Shoulda trusted the previous reviews.

  If I could give zero stars I would!! Service was so slow and they didn’t even acknowledge this women waiting for them to take her order Literally ignored her for a very long time. They were not busy. One person making food and another person cleaning up when there were plenty of tickets to do… very disappointing.

  Every time I order delivery from this location, they forget my pickle or my side. Then I call to let them know that part of my order was missing, and they just tell me that they'll write it down in their books and I can pick it up at a later time. I currently have probably three to four pickles and/or sides in their books, waiting for me to pick up. If I wanted to pick it up, I probably wouldn't order delivery. Really, they're just stealing my money. I think they should concentrate on being freaky accurate instead of freaky fast.
