    I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this Jimmy John’s location in hopes that it may help others make an informed decision before visiting. I stopped in last Saturday expecting a quick, decent meal so I wouldn’t have to cook when I got home. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I walked through the door. The staff appeared unaware that a customer had entered, and there was a significant amount of loud and disruptive behavior, including employees throwing things and generally acting in an unprofessional manner. The gentleman who took my order, Connor, was the one positive part of my experience. He was respectful, courteous, and did his best to assist me. However, when he needed help from the manager, the interaction became uncomfortable. The manager came across as rude and dismissive toward me, including giving me dirty looks and speaking to me in a disrespectful manner. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but that should not be taken out on customers especially by someone in a management position. After placing my order, I waited approximately another 10 minutes for my sandwich. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was poorly prepared and looked extremely unappetizing. I also observed what appeared to be inappropriate flirting and favoritism between the manager and one of the employees. They repeatedly went to the back together while the other employees appeared to be struggling to keep up with the orders. I cannot speak to the nature of their relationship, but from a customer’s perspective, it was concerning to see management away from the front of the store while the rest of the staff seemed overwhelmed. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had. I have never felt the need to leave a review like this before, but the combination of the unprofessional behavior, poor customer service, and quality of the food left a very negative impression. I will not be returning to this location. Based on other reviews I have since read, it unfortunately appears that my experience may not have been an isolated incident.

    I ordered for delivery at 12:38 for my work lunch. Order was received and never left the store until 12:58. It’s 1:25 as of writing this and I still have not received my order. The delivery driver called and asked where my street was. So after walking the DELIVERY DRIVER through how to use Google Maps, he replies “Are you serious?” And proceeds to ask for directions at EVERY TURN. 1st time ordering from this store and NEVER again. Absolutely ridiculous wait times and horrible service.

    I'm getting really sick and tired of them forgetting items that should be on the sandwiches, and I almost never get my pickle on the side. When I call in to tell them that I didn't receive my pickle, they say they'll take down my information and I can come pick it up any time. Like I'm really going to drive back to your store to pick up a pickle?!? You need to compensate customers with more than a pickle for our time and fuel when YOU guys make the errors. I will no longer order from or eat at this location.

    Aaron’s customer service is immaculate! Best service my husband and I have ever received at a Jimmy John’s. He took the time to talk about what’s new and make suggestions! I’ll come back to this location everytime because of his warm and welcoming personality and attitude!

    Aaron was phenomenal. Super helpful when it came to help my wife and I decide on what to order, gave us solid recommendations based on what we usually get at other places. Definitely will start to frequent this location because of this interaction.
