  Actual worst jimmy John's experience ever, took almost an hour to get a Turkey Tom. The employees showed zero consideration for customers time and did not even try to make an effort work faster. Will never go to this location again.

  Don't get the meat deal. I ordered the turkeyTom meal deal and they literally put one singular layer of meat. There was nothing to the sandwich at all. Every time I go here I get a number four and it has much more meat so basically they just call it a meal deal and completely skip out on the meat that you're paying the same price. Complete rip-off.

  The team at the Ballard Rd. location in Appleton are some of the kindest people I have ever seen in food service. Every single visit I've encountered wonderful people. I have driven across town just to go to this location over others due to their friendly employees.

  Should really update your hours it says open until 9 just drove across town and arrived at 8:08 locked up tight and no one around!! Thanks for the wasted trip!!

  I have never experienced such horrific customer service. Was repeatedly cut off by the employee when ordering my food. He said I had to continuously start my order over because he wasn’t listening- a coworker was taking to him. Then when I began my order for the final time, he again cut me off. Then they refused to take my order. Train your staff or hire better humans.
