  Let me start by saying I love Jimmy John’s. However, this location has delivered my sandwich to other places 3 different times and again today. I have a job where I put in my order and hope it’s delivered by my lunch time. Today was not the case and I had to call them. I was told it was delivered to the front desk and it definitely was not. The employee on the phone made it seem like my fault because I was not able to answer my phone, which I cannot do while I’m working. I didn’t appreciate the attitude, it could have gone a lot differently if I wasn’t made to feel like I did something wrong when in fact it was the delivery persons fault. So needless to say I will not order from this location ever again.

  Walked in everyone looked at me and no one said hi. I walked up and said hi and still no one said hi. So I walked out.
