- BBBJ BradleySep 20, 20265.0I want to give kudos to Madison at this store. The latest visit by my friend and me was the second interaction with Madison in a short period of time. The first was when my friend fainted as we walked to our booth. The medical episode created panic and a bit of chaos. A guest in the restaurant and Madison responded immediately. The guest helped move my friend to the floor, Madison called 911. Both of them stayed with us until my friend was put into the ambulance. Our food was bagged up to have after things calmed down. Madison and the staff reacted compassionately and calmly to safeguard my friend as well as the other guests. Our second encounter with Madison was like seeing a beloved friend. We reminisced about the prior visit. We were treated like royalty, but I watched her treat every other guest the same. Her customer service is off the charts, her smile is genuine and welcoming and she’s like a “helicopter mom”, anticipating and meeting every need! (Those nonstop warm, buttery breadsticks make my mouth water just to think of them. I even smell them!) Madison and the staff at this store are true ambassadors of Fazoli’s and reflect the vision upon which it was founded in 1988. Well done.
