  My experience waa awful. Over 90 dollar order at El Azteca ordered on their website. No 3rd party. I arrive 5 minutes late to allow for a grace period. I walk in tell them I have a pick up order. The girl gets my name a guy comes up they are talking im waiting a while. So I ask is my order not ready? He said no sorry as he ia restarting the tablet that im guessing my order is on her said 10 minutes I say ok. 20 minutes later there are 2 guys also waiting for their food. Someoke comes up and atarta asking them what the name ia for the order. I had to like look around the man directly at the worker. Oh whats your name?? Wait how do you not know my order was missing and ive been waiting too long at this point. No apology no nothing for tge inconvenience I get home and my chimichanga looks no different then a burrito. Since when is a chimichanga white? Not fried? This has been awful and I hope at minimum someone reaches out.

  Ordered pickup through their website site. The people working there don’t check that machine, so it wasn’t ready when I got there. They seemed confused but found the order. Took 30 minutes to get my food that should have been ready. No apologies, but blamed me for ordering online. No manager on site to talk to. Won’t be going back! Update: I contacted them as they note in response to this, and they have not replied. Seems they only said that to look good on google reviews…

  Great food, always loved it here. Fantastic service! But I just got a meal last night and it seems to be a reoccurring thing lately, my meal was great didnt seem greasy, and I can stomach ALOT, (we both got beef) but immediately after eating it our stomachs blew up horribly with such bad cramps and in the night both woke up sick. Not sure if it was old oil/grease or what it was but hopefully that changes in the future. Definitely need to give it a break unfortunately until its figured out.

  I will begin this review with an honest admission: I’ve never thought too highly of this chain of restaurants. I’ve mostly determined it was run-of-the-mill Mexican food and nothing above average at best. I’ve eaten at these locations many times in the past and left with the same opinion as before; it’s okay but nothing special. Tonight I chose to stop here with my daughter because it was convenient and I wanted to give it another fair shot. I was pleasantly delighted! While they don’t offer a large selection of meats that a more “traditional” Mexican restaurant would offer I did opt for their tacos Al pastor and 2 tamales. I was pleasantly surprised how good the Al pastor was! It was juicy and tender and not dried out at all like you find at other more “traditional” restaurants out there. The green sauce was very good and complemented the tacos very well. The tamales also were very very good and even though they had a red sauce on them, I found that sauce to be very tasty and didn’t offend me like other places have in the past (other places sauce taste like spaghetti o sauce) Our service was very prompt and professional and this was a definite 5/5 experience overall. Even my kiddos chicken tenders and fries was very good and the food came out fast. One more note.. I got a house margarita and that was also very good. It wasn’t overly sweet, like it was made with house sweet and sour juice. You can tell it was made with lime and orange juice as it should be. I definitely think this place could benefit from offering a wider variety of traditional Mexican meats and dishes but for what I got, I was way more than happy and I’ll be happy to go again.
