- ASAmanda SharonSep 26, 20261.0We went here for lunch and had a terrible experience! We have been here so many times but today was insulting! We had a coupon for $5 off $35. Our server forgot a soda for which we just didn't say anything. Our bill came to 34.68. We went to the cash register and were told that we couldn't use the coupon because it had to be $35 which was fine so I said ok can I buy this gum here for 50 cents? There was gum available for purchase at the register. The cashier said no it had to be at the table. We said well we ordered a soda which was forgotten and the bill would have been above $35 can we please have the soda we ordered then. He said NO it had to be AT THE TABLE. I mean how ridiculous? I said 32 cents? You are going to do this over 32 cents? At this point it wasn't even about the stupid 5 dollars off, I mean who cares. It was just so insulting! We won't ever go back and honestly it was our place! We never tried to use a coupon before though and clearly won't again. I would steer clear there are so many other Mexican places to choose from that will treat you better than that!
- BSBea ShankSep 21, 20265.0Been going here since I was a kid, and it always delivers :) The servers are kind and attentive, the atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, and the food is delicious everytime! Definitely worth trying if you're nearby.
- SMShirley MelchertSep 15, 20265.0Fast service and good follow up.
- CHClaire HitterSep 4, 20265.0They have an amazing seafood chimichanga with seared scallops, huge shrimp that are cooked perfectly, and a light sauce that is not goopy at all! Also, their skinny margarita is fresh and amazing! They use fresh lime juice!
- LCLuka CoffeyAug 24, 20261.0I ordered $40 worth of food from their website. When I went in to pick it up they claimed nothing came in as an online order. The gentleman present at the counter refused to remedy the situation and I asked he call a manager like a Karen. The boss knew exactly where my order was. The gentleman at the counter was rude and rolled his eyes and never even apologized for the mistake. Im a loyal customer to El Azteca since I was a kid, but at the Kimberly location. I will never be coming back to this location. Don't even bother with this kind of customer service.
