  Swung in on my lunch break and I promise if I hated my job as much as the people who work here I’d be looking yesterday for a new one. The older woman working the register legit yelling at people “I only have fries, and wings” then when it’s my turn yells at me again “yes I heard” “what do you want”

  What an unhappy group of people working. The guy who took my order clearly hates his job. Lol! Cranky, snappy short & didn't give me a chance to ask for extra cheese and when I smiled and said have a good day he was NOT receptive. Then the person in line behind me had to wait for him to finally look up from his phone. The other 2 gave me dirty looks when I smiled, I think 1 was a mgr. The only one who smiled back and seemed friendly was the 1 making the sandwiches.

  The team lead refuses to open the register at 11am even they opened at 10am. Keeps claiming they have to make the online orders first. Terrible customer service. I haven't seen a joint that does this. Just lost a customer today.
