  Outstanding location situated on the banks of the Fox River near Appleton's downtown area. Service, food, and atmosphere are all top tier. Had their Pete - zza pizza, absolutely amazing! Would definitely love to go and make a return visit.

  I decided to go here because I had received a coupon. I tried calling to place the order several times, but the line was constantly busy. I then checked whether I could order online and found the food was more expensive. I finally decided to go into the restaurant and order 2 pizzas to go. On arrival, the bartender took my order. She was very polite. While waiting for my food, a man at the end of the bar yelled, "Put some god damn football on the TV. Auburn is playing Florida." About 10 minutes later, I saw two pizzas in boxes set on the pass. The staff was all just going over to the man who had shouted and talking to him. The bartender was telling him how she poured beer using a 45-degree angle, and the kitchen staff would come out and hang at the bar as well. I am not sure if this man is a regular or the owner, but it seemed like he was the only one there receiving service. Finally, after the pizzas had sat there for 15 minutes, I asked a server if she could check on my food, as I was pretty sure they were the two pizzas sitting in the window. The server went and grabbed them and confirmed it was my order. When I brought up that they had been sitting there for 15 minutes, the bartender rushed over and stated that the kitchen forgot to call the order out as ready. I understand that the service industry can be busy and demanding; however, it would have taken the servers or bartender a minute to check the food and pass it to me. Perhaps I came on a bad night where there were just issues resulting in the bad service. The pizza was average, which is why I'm giving the review a 2/5. Other than that, the entire experience was not very enjoyable. I wouldn't recommend this place.

  Everything was great, but the wine selection. It’s really bad. It’s even worse than your Neenah location. Honestly, the only restaurants that have a worse wine selection than here are the low cost Mexican restaurants. Even with the few and poor selections, you were out of Chardonnay and Cabernet. Actually, it’s almost funny! At a minimum, just get a good Chianti. BTW, our server was awesome! He overcame the poor wine Selection.
