  I want to give a BIG SHOUTOUT AND HUGE THANKS to Madelyn! My husband and I stopped there to order lunch and I was really craving their orange shake. We went inside the restaurant to order and was kindly greeted by the team member Madelyn. When I had asked for an orange shake with my order, Madelyn shared that the orange shake was no longer available. I was sad and disappointed to hear that but I understood it. Then Madelyn on her own terms creatively offered a substitution by suggesting an orange soda float instead. I happily accepted Madelyn’s suggestion and she made my day! This was what I call above and beyond customer service! To Madelyn, again thank you for rather than just telling me you couldn’t offer me something that was no longer on the menu, instead you came up with a wonderful substitution to replace the unavailable food item, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  I would not recommend going to Arby's. I don't go there very often because every time I do there is always something missing and the order is never right.

  We came here and there was a long dark hair in my husbands sandwich. Filthy and disgusting. General manager was extremely rude and didn’t want to refund. Disrespectful comments. It’s clear why based on the interaction with the GM and the unsafe and nasty food handling why they never have customers or a line. Would not recommend. Manager deserves to be fired.
