  We get arbys catered for our large family reunion. No problem for the 35 lbs of beef. Goes over well. Waiting for this was ok but it was very odd to see the GM hustling around and while in back a person who was on the phone, in and out of the building stepped ip front to take the order, backpack on. Just a bit unprofessional. But hey, I just noticed. Workers other than backpack guy, very professional, and friendly.

  Did a mobile order. I got a crispy chicken sandwich with some modifications, added onions and cheese, and changed the bun to an onion roll. I got charged for the modifications but they didn’t give them to me. I opened my sandwich after we drove off and all I had was a plain standard crispy chicken sandwich. Otherwise our order was fine. Not as hot as it should be but otherwise accurate.
