  What a mess. Maybe should teach employees how to properly make a sandwich

  Had dinner here just a short while ago. The cheesesteak was excellent. The employee that rung us up, Macayla, was super sweet and friendly. She was taking orders from customers and then running out to the floor to make sure tables were clean. This girl, clearly, is a good employee. Here's the problem. While waiting for our food, Macayla was about to fill some machine. The manager, Jason (green and orange hair ponytail) SCREAMED at this girl, "No No No No!!!!! I already did that." Now, this was so loud that everyone in the restaurant heard it and just stopped and looked, shocked. She was visibly upset. We all saw the tears. This was absolutely disgusting behavior. He could have handled that without yelling at this poor girl. Later I told her she didn't deserve that. She continued to do her job while wiping tears. It was awful.

  I'm not usually one to leave a bad review but twice now I've found a piece of hair in the mozzarella sticks :( They did give me a replacement for the mozz sticks and a free sandwich coupon though which was very kind of them

  This location has been consistent with drive through orders over the last year i have been visiting them for lunch. There havent been any errors and the staff is generally polite, energetic and ready to do their work. I reccomend this location if you are looking for an Arbys to stop by
