  First of all you pull up no menus out for you to look at besides under the canopy, and the pilon in the middle with a QR code. well when you pull in you have the staff come up to you and tell you to pull up which puts you just in the right spot to not see the code or have time to decide what you want even though you’ve never been there. Than after you decide to get something because pulling out of line isn’t an option the guy under the canopy holds out a tip suggestion immediately before you get anything. I’m just blown away this place should serve milkshakes and burgers not coffee.

  After done shopping. I thought it would be nice to have an ice cup of coffee on the way home. Pulled up and rolled down my window and it was my first time being there ever and today will be my last. It was 10 minutes before closing but there was only two cars one ahead and me. To hear an employee with their back door wide open, bad mouth customers of coming last minute and etc. Rambling/ bad mouthing customers on coming. I literally turned to my sister in law beside me and she was like, "WOW and you tipped that." Apparently I tipped spoiled worker who obviously can't work her full shift and complain when she needs to make an order. I tipped 50%, its also something I don't have to do and do it out of kindness. I wish I could take it back beecause I no customer deserves to be bad mouthed about ordering when you weren't even closed yet. If you're open until 10pm then, you serve anyone until 10pm. I was there at 9:48pm and got my coffee by 9:53pm... you still had 7 minutes before you actually closed. If you don't want to do your job, leave. Stop complaining, grow up.

  Where to begin. Ive been to Seven Brew only 2 times. First time I got a birthday cake ice coffee. It wasn't very good, and tastes nothing like the name implies. I decided to go back today and after today, I definitely won't be going back. For starters, if you have an issue with an order and try calling the location you were just at. Guess what? You are SOL because all calls get routed to Arkansas and you get to talk to an extremely stupid AI. So I went today and tried this new "sweet and salty" iced coffee they were advertising. I love coffee and have a but of a sweet tooth so it sounded great. I ordered a medium which was almost 8 bucks. The problem is, this visit was way worse than the other. The first time like I said tasted nothing like bday cake, or really anything for that matter and this visit was no different. They brought my iced coffee out and im not even joking it looked like milk with ice in it. The taste? Tasted exactly how it looked. Iced milk with a splash of coffee. A splash of coffee. You could barely taste the coffee in it. It says its salted caramel and something else and yeah...it tasted like milk with a very small splash of regular coffee. Just not even good at all. Picked it up on my way to the park for the day so when I found out you can't even call the location when you have an issue, that didnt help at all. Just made me even more disappointed. I honestly dont know what the fuss is about this place because in my 2 experiences, the coffee and or drinks just are not good at all and dont taste anything like what they advertise and im also convinced they dont put the ingredients in it that are in the description. But I guess I shouldn't expect much from these big chain places. The little mom and pop coffee joints and WAY better coffee. I just went here because it close and convenient. So now when im done at the park im gonna have to stop there and tell them what happened in an attempt to get a refund. I dont knkw what else to say honestly. The drinks just arent good. I paid for a sweet and salty iced coffee. Not iced milk with a tiny little splash of coffee in it. Zero sweetness and zero taste. I could've made that at home in 2 seconds. I'd also like to add that having a nom static menu is just not a good idea. Ive only been there 2 times total and they didnt have a menu to even look at while im sitting here getting rushed by a girl with crazy colored hair and a door knocker on her nose. Literally had to pull up a menu from online just to find something I wanted. Its amazing this place is even still in business with this type of business model.

  Worst 7brew I’ve ever been to. Never going back and highly recommended no one else goes to the Appleton location. Incredibly slow and apparently different rules than others.

  Everyone was really nice and went above and beyond when I let them know I have a gluten allergy and it was my first time ordering from them. They let me scan the bottles of what I ordered so we can be sure everything was all good and it was. Both our drinks were so good!! We basicly drank them down before leaving the parking lot! Loved that my drink was label GF =) made my day. Will definitely be back before we leave the area to go back home.
