  7Brew is a great place to get a coffee or energy drink for a quick pick-me-up! Even when there is a line the 7Brew crew works quickly to get customers their orders and get them on their way! RARELY have I waited more than 10 minutes and that was when they were first opening / switching from winter/spring hours and their staffing was a little weird yet. They are fully staffed and appear to be training more staff for their soon to be opening west side location!

  We arrived at 6 am.. was 2nd in line, no one stopped at our car, they lost which cars had already ordered. When we got to the top of the line, they asked what we ordered. Nothing yet.. ordered 2 large sodas. It took 20 minutes. Came out with one and then waited another 4 minutes for the 2nd. Cars behind us were getting theirs prior to ours. Then one soda was smaller than the other. Forgot to give us straws. 16.00 for wrong size sodas, unrealistic wait, lack of providing straws. When I asked them if our drinks were coming soon, I was told there were issues this morning. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that the process would take 1/2 an hour so we could decide on the wait or not as we made our daughter late for work. I liked this place since they were more reasonably priced and faster. But now that the drinks are inconsistent, there are longer waits and prices have jumped makes it no longer a reason to pick them. That was our experience this morning.

  2 drive through lanes with large monitors on both side, but anything but the menu on the screens. I’m then told to look at my phone when someone came to take my order. The couple minutes I wasted in line could have been better served reviewing menu and not wasting time. Drinks are good, but 75 percent of my drink was ice, so I got to taste a fraction of what I ordered. 14 dollars for two ice drinks with a splash of flavor.

  Not exactly the best experience. First, they take your order very far away from any menu to see. This was my first time here and there isnt anything posted with what they actually have here and the woman taking my order was also not helpful, in fact rather insulting. Music was very loud and difficult to hear any person talking to me. Also, their printer wasn't working and they weren't willing to do much to help me get my receipt. The beverages were not anything special compared to every other coffee place that exists. This was my first visit and I dont think I would ever go back. Darn it....I was excited for this place, just a little disappointing.

  This place is NASTY. go to a different location or don’t go at all i was horrified with what i saw last night. Last night i went to 7brew, i have never had a good experience to start with here but had to stop for a co worker. From previous experiences staff has always been rude and acts like you are an inconvenience to them. There were only two cars in line one in front of me and one in the other lane. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes just waiting for them to take my order. only a few employees actually working the rest all huddled up in a corner laughing and making jokes, that’s fine and all but when there is clearly people in line and work to be done that’s what you should be doing. I finally get my order taken after 20 minutes, still waiting in line for the car infront of me to get their drinks… they only got one drink but have been there long before i got there and that made me wonder how long have they been waiting for a singular drink. the lady who gave me my drinks passed me 4 drinks, all 7 fizz with just 2 flavorings in each didn’t take long to make but nope took another 15 minutes waiting for my drinks. it was only me in the drive thru at this point. the lady gave me all my drinks without a carrier and was super snotty when i asked for straws. while waiting i observed that their were syrup bottles all on the ground that we’re getting picked up and used again 🤢 not only that but when i realized that i forgot a drink i asked if i could add one to my order. The guy was super nice about it but i think his shift ended and he was replaced with another girl. glasses and a septum ring SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. how she works there i have no clue. she was abnormally rude and annoyed while telling her my order again just a small fizz with 2 flavorings. awhile taking my order she had her hands in her mouth and proceeded to put her hand on the ipad after putting it in her mouth, she proceeded to do it again and walked into the building. i then watched her start to make a drink while someone else was behind me 🤢 she never washed her hands and handed off the drink to the next car. this place is a hazard and a mess ran by a bunch of teenagers that need atleast 1 or 2 adults watching over them… preferably a professional adult not one that sticks their fingers in their mouth and touch things. these workers also should not be standing infront of cars in huddles to talk because that also happened during my visit. Lastly i think these workers should be more cautious and stop walking infront of moving cars. i get you have to go places but seriously. i would not recommend to anyone, not to mention there was a hair in my co workers drink.
