  Usually fantastic service. Unfortunately the customer ahead of me took too long to order. That’s fine , but after getting to receive their drink they took the time to order 2 more drinks. Instead of taking the order and asking them to pull ahead out of line. We all waited as our drinks sat out in 76 degree weather for the busy store to make their new order. No apology was given when the girl handed me my drink. I suggested maybe in a situation like that they should pull the customer ahead into the parking area, to which she replied we usually do. Ok the……. Why didn’t you this time? I left wishing I could take back my tip.

  Grand opening today and they gave us our drinks and then made us wait 15 minutes..took the rest of our break...we asked for some type of coupon for having to wait and they said no. Ridiculous...clearly we won't be back. Grwat job kiddos...first day and not off to a good start. Far more training is needed.

  Kaden the manager was very very helpful in decision making for which drinks to order and the drinks tasted very good

  The staff is amazing and the drinks are extremely good, but having the menu up at the place where you get your drinks instead of where you order is a very inconvenient
