I've read all of the complaints here. My experience was just as bad. I've reported this restaurant to the Polk county health dept.

How is this place still open? I guess when you don't have much in town for fast food, people will still go when service is horrible. By far, one of the worse kept locations I have been to. And the staff needs a complete rehaul. Service is terrible unless you are a friend, then it seems like you are a VIP. If Culver's or another big brand ever came to town, this place would be closing doors in a few months. I have been to some horrible A&W locations and this place makes me reaccess my feelings for those. So much potential, yet it seems that no one cares from staff to owner to corporate. And I know I will probably get the form reply of "We're so sorry to hear about this experience, (insert name here). We appreciate your feedback. We hope you give us another chance and visit us again. - DQ Fan Relations But that tells me that they don't care, they are just going through the motions. If they cared, they would force changes and not just say "oops we're sorry" to as many people as they have without doing something. The corporate provided food should have been able to help raise rating, but when you don't even make it right (assuming they are making the right thing you ordered), not even that can fix it.

This location should just close. Went in early Saturday and they were out of cheese curds, onion rings, and sriracha sauce.

Door says open at 10. Walk in, the first thing you smell is sulfur, no clue why. The whole place reaks and then the first thing they tell us, "just so you know, our grill isn't warm yet and our ice cream machine isn't cold yet." If you are "open" at 10 you should be ready to serve or make food at 10, otherwise you are not "open". OPEN means you are open for business. If your equipment is not ready to perform business than you are not "open". Get to work 30 minutes before open so your machines are ready to perform. This place has gone downhill so much in the last 3 to 5 years it is ridiculous. The owners need to do something about this place.
