  Door says open at 10. Walk in, the first thing you smell is sulfur, no clue why. The whole place reaks and then the first thing they tell us, "just so you know, our grill isn't warm yet and our ice cream machine isn't cold yet." If you are "open" at 10 you should be ready to serve or make food at 10, otherwise you are not "open". OPEN means you are open for business. If your equipment is not ready to perform business than you are not "open". Get to work 30 minutes before open so your machines are ready to perform. This place has gone downhill so much in the last 3 to 5 years it is ridiculous. The owners need to do something about this place.

  Went in at 1:30pm on a Thursday. Ordered three meals. One was a kids chicken tender. It came out RAW, like literally raw (pinkish/gray) and cold. My child could have gotten incredibly sick had I not split the chicken into smaller portions. There was an individual in the store that had Down syndrome and the teenage girl behind the counter was laughing at him.. the food took about 30 minutes and it wasn’t that busy in the store. I’ve worked at a DQ and know that it doesn’t take 30 minutes to make and serve raw food.

  My family and I just got banned from the dairy queen amery location. When we ordered our products and paid, we were one of only few people there and it took about 20 to 25 minutes to get all of our products. The kids working were serving their friends first, who all did not pay, and made paying customers wait. They then asked how the service was and we told them it was terrible, instead of them wanting to fix their mistakes, they harassed us and had their friends harassing us. The manager did absolutely nothing and of course my family and I defended ourselves, which resulted us in getting banned. Will never ever go back to this location, the owner knows who he hires, absolute disgrace.

  The kids working on Wednesday July 1st were fooling around with their friends not taking care of customers that had orders in before them and when they asked how the service was we told them it was awful then they became Mouthy and sarcastic and then they got their friends to start acting stupid saying you didn't like the service really bad will never stop at this Diary Queen again have been going to this place for over 30 years, and for the management working on July 1st she has the worst And I can see why the kids working there act the way they do awful place.

  Just went to this business bunch of teenagers having friends at work talking and not helping out paying customers. Served friends over paying customers not to mention they didn't pay either. Ridiculous never going back to this place. VERY DISRESPECTFUL Manger was present and wouldn't do anything about it either. DO NOT WASTE MONEY AT THIS CHILDISH RAN BUSINESS
