  Sometimes the orders get messed up, short staffed. Usually clean, bathrooms are cold.

  My husband, I came through the drive through to get something to eat,drink,he had to tell them 5 times that I wanted a large French vanilla ice coffee and that's pretty bad. So I won't be coming back after today

  Last two times I went was terrible. I had to use the app just to get a reasonable price and proceed to wait my entire lunch break for my food. Today I went and ordered a M Strawberry Banana smoothie and got a small. I'm done with McDonald's especially in Abbotsford.....why would I talk into coming back too? Food is mediocre, way over priced, and terrible service. I will ask the owner if he responds (and I will only care to hear him answer this) Why would I go to your crappy fast food restaurant when I can go to any sit down restaurant and get better food, faster and better service? McDonald's doesn't have much going for it these days..... Two weeks later I don't get a response. Abbotsford McDonald's know they are terrible. Keep that in mind they don't care.

  Once again Pulled ahead and waited 15 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches while a dozen other cars are handed bags of food and drinks through the window. This store needs better management not sure when the franchise owner will figure that out been this way for years

  Sweet tea at Abby location is bad. tastes old, sour, & refrigerated for three days. If you are a semi driver from the south & know better, I advise you to just order a coke here. The Marshfield McD however has good sweet tea that is usually fresh if you are headed that way.
