  Ok so they had new girl taking orders on the phone had very hard time explaining to her we wanted to order the family box 2 deep dish pizzas wings and bread and then asked for pepperoni on one sausage on the other she says ok so your order is one fam big box with one pepperoni and one sausage pizza what sizes do you want you additional two pizza spent like 30 mins or so explaining we wanted just the big box with the two toppings pep and sausage no additional pizzas finally after long time explaining it she said she got it and I made sure like 8 times there deep dish right that usually come in big box she says yes 7 or 8 times I said ok just making sure we get there they have to regular med pizza explaing to the other lady she say oh ok well make it right well make you two new deep dish pizza's and you can have this order for the mis haps I said ok that sound fair and cool there gonna do that they said 15 mins so we went to get our drinks from across the street they have 100 flavors coke machine we like so we go back another guy comes up gives wrong order told him he goes gets right order gives us our supposedly tiny two deep dish pizzas said they gave us one deep dish pizza on the house witch it was not it was a regular medium pizza and they did not even honor what they said they was gonna do for the mishap when they said they was gonna give us the first order they messed up on for getting it wrong and making us wait another 15 mins for the right order . Instead the lady hides in the back and yells tells the guy to tell us make sure we order it right next time and that they put the pizzas they was gonna give us to make it right back in the freezer ... I usually don't care but that wasn't right we usually don't have any problems going there and then the lady trys to make its sound like are fault I don't know if they record there call or if they don't maybe they need to . And we eat there a lot love pizza hut can't believe this was just trying to have good little family dinner and pizza hut does us like tht wow ..when people told us they always have something wrong there never happened to us until now .. Oh and are pizzas was cold tried to eat one in parking lot felt like they left it sitting on counter why why would they do this .. shit and I love pizza man this was one my fave place to go but never been done like this by ceasers,dominos , or any other pizza place . Tony's or any of them No wonder 3.7 ⭐ only one for me Recommend others to keep driving up to Yakima or literly any other pizza place .

  It's a to-go restaurant. The people there are always really polite and helpful. Very efficient so far. I drive the extra distance to this pizza hut specifically because they people that work there are awesome!!

  said they cant deliver to my house which they have before and it literally only 7 minutes away.. like what its Saturday no one want to go out they have a delivery choice for a reason and like i said they have delivered plenty of times before and the lady on the phone was very rude when i was trying to find out why or explain that they have delivered before when she asked if they have and she kept cutting me off. why ask a question just to cut the person off ?
