- DHDebra Hennings4 days ago1.0I came into the store 9n 8/26/26. Several people waiting in each line to check out. As I was next in line to put my items on the counter, a new checker came up and took all the people behind me to a new line. I am 70 years old and felt very disrespected. Take the next person in line.

For one, I've had these discounts work multiple times within the last month to include today. And two, I'm not convinced that they even had digital coupons in 2011. The man was straight up just trying to rip me off, out of $30 worth of merchandise

I use this store as my primary because they have multiple selections, great deals and i love their online shopping experience snd grocery pickup service. They are also my pharmacy which is one more convenience.
- RHRobert HartzogJul 31, 20261.0I was shopping with my grandma on 7/27/26. I needed to buy chicken and I scanned chicken tenders the price in the app was around $8 for 2lbs of chicken. The price on the chicken was $17.82. I didn’t get a chance to ask the cashier if the chicken rang up on sale, but I was too late and had to go to customer service. So I did, that’s when Marya tried to help me, but we weren’t making any progress of her telling me and me explaining to her. So she called over Robby. I explained to him that it scanned up cheaper than the actual price and that it shouldn’t scan at the lower price. He wanted to see the chicken so I pulled it out of my grocery bag and he said “mam this is obviously more than 2 pound of chicken” I showed him the package and asked if he could read it because the 3 was barely visible and the point was, the app said scanned that pack of chicken at the lower price. I told them both, it’s like false advertising and not my fault the app scanned it at that price. Robby was still argumentative and irritable with me and walked away and told Marya to go ahead and give it to me at that price. Not even a “I’m sorry it happened this way, or sorry for the inconvenience”, nothing. I believe they both are in need of a customer service training.
