- PCPika ChuMay 11, 20261.0I understand this is a very specific and odd complaint, but it's happened so often now that I must leave a review that hopefully real people actually read. Every now and then I order from Safeway delivery for a few things, usually to re-up on any veggies or ingredients I'll need for dinner. Whenever I add cabbage or lettuce heads they are always confused for one another. For example if I order a head of cabbage, I receive a head of lettuce. If I order a head of lettuce, I receive a head of cabbage. Although i understand they look similar, they are not at all! It is a mild inconvenience, but it has been a persistent issue. If I NEED cabbage and receive lettuce it's honestly ragebait, I need that ingredient to make certain recipes and it's frustrating. Why am I PAYING for them to give me the wrong thing??? Like Idk if the employees genuinely can't tell the difference or if they just don't care enough to take a second look. Also, the app will tell me if something was substituted if they did not have the original item requested, but every time this has happened to me it is never being substituted, they're just grabbing the wrong thing. Please for the love of God stop mixing up the lettuce and the cabbage I AM BEGGING YOU there needs to be a check through from another associate or supervisor to make sure ingredients that ARENT being substituted are the correct item. It's ridiculous how many times I've had this happen to me.

I rang something up, it registered as something else. I stopped her and asked her for help and she basically called me a liar, asking me where the thing that I rang up was... Then told me two months later that I'm trespassed.
