- TMTia McKinneyJun 12, 20263.0I usually enjoy shopping at this location. Shelly is my Favorite, I look for her on a register everytime I come in! I went on a Monday around 4:30pm. The employee in the Orange only logged in and started to help out after hearing an employee tell me they believe they're being punished for a grievance claim they put in. I'm disappointed at how Safeway is allowing their employees to be treated!!!! With Cheap Chicken Monday that Safeway does and the first Monday of the month being crazy, there should never be just one employee on a register at that time. Management needs to be addressed!

Just wrapping flowers to go to the bins that were all full. I stood there over 10 minutes. I asked is there a water fountain she said no there isnt. or if I could come around the island an turn the faucet on for 5 seconds. She told me no you cant. I would have needed her for 10 seconds max to pour a cup of water so the flowers wouldnt fall over in car. Horrible customer service. Also vase fell over and chipped on the conveyor at check out due to not having any water to hold it down. Was so embarrassing being treated so poorly.

Randomly locked up in the doorway preventing anyone from getting past me and making me slam my shin off the cart, and for what because all I bought was 2 gallons of water and a drink from a cooler lol
