  The customer service here SUCKS literally always unless it’s the boys that work there in the morning other than that all the young lady’s that I have encountered there are extremely rude. Went there today at around 9 am and sat at the drive thru speaker after answering no to the automated message no one replied to take my order until I finally said “hello??” And THEN a girl replies what can I get you? Like if she was in a hurry to take my order? Like if she’d been waiting on me? I get to the window still no one comes up finally some skinny girl with glasses and dark hair comes around the corner cashes me out says not a single word other than if I wanted my receipt gave me my food still said nothing and as I was driving off yells”daaaamn” at me like if I’m the one being a way absolutely ridiculous. The fact that they let they’re employees talk to customers and treat them like that is outrageous to me. I work around there and go to Jamba a lot the bowls are great, just sucks that most of they’re employees don’t take they’re job seriously at all what so ever and are always being a way with customers, again this isn’t my first nor second time that I’ve encountered stuff like this at this Jamba and mostly always the females that work in the morning/after noon.

  Came at 7:09 pm and tried ordering an orange juice and they told me they stopped doing them at 7pm. Yet their store doesn’t close until 9pm on Saturdays. I don’t think it takes two hours to clean your orange machine does it?

  walked over to the store, hours said they should be open, door was locked. I figured that maybe only the drive-thru was open since it was early. Went back to my car and drove over, after the little pre-recorded message I sat there for a few minutes, finally said hello? , someone i could barely hear said they would be with me in just a moment. I waited a few more minutes and then gave up.

  I never got my order, I made an online order at after work around 8:20ish and my pick up was at 8:38 so I went to pick it up and both male workers weren’t willing to give me my order. I got a peanut butter but tela order and I never got it. Both workers inside were playing around. The drive thru was open and weren’t answering drive thru. I never got my order and left at 9:05. Waiting for the Açaí bowl I never got
