I love Arby's but every time I come here they always seem to be out of something. No red ranch sauce, no Arby's sauce, no roast beef on the 3 meat box. But it's okay, cause if it bothered me that much I'd go someplace else

Let's start with how they use a drink tray for our delivery order but FAIL to put all drinks that are showing on the receipt in said holder? Pure laziness.
Next..1/4 pound pulled pork??? Ha! FALSE ADVERTISING. The sandwich was thinner than a McDonalds happy meal hamburger. The sauce packet is bigger than the sandwich.
Unacceptable quality especially for the price.
Unacceptable service and poor quality food.
Seeing the average rating of this Arby's on Summitview is at a 1.9 rating on Yelp and below a 4 on Google, tells me that not only does the staff not care, but management could care less.
Absolutely pathetic.

I ordered extra cheddar cheese cups and this is what I got...a total rip off...and the curly fries I ordered a large and it's not even filled up.

We ordered e sandwiches. Mine was a french dip special (w/ onions and veggies) i recieved a piece of bread and meat. Nothing else. We also ordered 2 curlie frys. Zero made it into the bag. We tried calling the store. No one answered. Total fail. We tried contacting another way. No option. They obviously dont care.

Usually I have a great experience here but today was not so good. James at the counter was great. Big guy that was bagging orders was rude to other employees when they were asking questions. He said several times that "I can't bag orders with people in my face". Talking loud enough that everyone in the store could hear. Also,they were out of Arby's sauce that they let everyone know before they ordered.
