  Came from out of state, wanted to try a local chain. Was not impressed with the service after getting a sourpuss worker at the window who was rude when I asked about my missed drink. Also never have I ever been asked for a tip before being served. I gave one regardless and was treated to lack luster service. Edited to add: To add insult to injury, when I got back to my rental we were missing a order of fries.

  I think it’s obvious to everyone that now goes to Burgerville here in Woodland that you get different treatment if you don’t tip the already overpriced food. This establishment doesn’t deserve our attention. Personally, I’ll never go back to this spot.

  I never write bad reviews but I'm going to say it. Asking for a tip before my order is placed at a fast food restaurant is offensive to me. This is nothing against the woodland location. Burgerville your missing the boat. No cheap lunch option. Asked to tip before being served and In-n-Out is moving in., good luck.. 17 dollars for a basic double cheeseburger basket is not a good value. I'll be skipping all locations in the future. The food was good and the people were great.i grew up on BV cheeseburgers but the nostalgia isn't worth it.

  South West Washington staple when it comes to burger joints! This is a convenient stop heading north on I-5! The secret sauce on the burgers is the thing, delicious! Shakes and fries are awesome, too. The service was awesome on a late evening drive. Great stop!
