  The building does have a back enterance- Park near the Mongolian grill and you'll see the door. Sandwich was great, I'd say as advertised or better. I got the toasted spicy Italian- If you're on the fence with toasting... do it! Quiet inside for a calm lunch, seemed to be a busy online ordering spot. Tables, floors, and bathrooms were very clean.

  They were sitting around talking. I asked for a tosted turkey sandwich they said they don't do that. He said they do not allow any tosted original sandwiches. Couldn't explain why but if they are too lazy to do a simple tosted sandwich then I have little faith they aren't too lazy to follow simple food handling protocols too

  Guess this place is not freaky fast anymore. Waited 45 minutes and still no order. Called and was not met with the courteous attitude. We're busy. Fine, tell people it will be an hour to get their food. Then it is their choice to wait. I wouldn't mind if someone told me. Very poor customer service. Glad I am not normally near this Jimmy John's.

  Very clean and nice restaurant. As soon as you come in they greet you with a nice: “ Hello, Welcome”, service was really fast even when they look short staff. I’ll be back again.
