  A great golf/date night with my wife turned into a horrible experience. Tula I believe was her name. Just rude the and straight faced the whole time. She gave up on trying to make my burrito didn’t even give the option to remake one and put it in a bowl also chips were stale. Other employees from what I saw were nice and polite. Please take this type of person that doesn’t have passion for there job off the front counter or many more negative reviews/experiences will most likely happen to just bad experiences. This is a customer service world things are not cheap these days. I’ll give this place another try because it’s my community but unfortunately this experience didn’t work out this time.

  I have good and bad experiences with this location. But I’ve had a particularly bad the last time I ate here. The ice machine is broken, and after I left a complaint they essentially told me there’s nothing they could do. When I was leaving I saw an employee go to the back to get ice for another guest.

  Just had food delivered from here, the burrito bowl wasnt even full, I got double meat and spent around 25 dollars for a burrito bowl that wasnt even full, I know i ordered enough to fill the bowl because i order the same thing every time, they just didnt fill it, definatly feel like I was ripped off and will be going elsewhere for my food from now on

  Horrible service. My order was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes, but when I arrived an hour later, it still wasn’t ready. They didn’t seem to make any effort to prepare it promptly. When I told them I had placed the order an hour earlier, they simply walked away without apologizing or even telling me whether they were going to make my order right away. The most ridiculous part was that they weren’t even busy. I ended up having to contact Uber to cancel the order. Very disappointing experience.

  I chose Chipotle in Woodinville to cater my wedding, and it was terrible. We chose Chipotle because it was highly recommended on the internet, and was a cost effective option. We booked four months in advance, called one week before the wedding to confirm everything, and received a confirmation email from Chipotle the day before the big day, all was well. At about 5:45pm on wedding day - all guests getting settled in and expecting to eat in 20-30 minutes - the delivery driver showed up with two things: salsa and chips. From our $1,183 order including pinto beans, chicken, beef, fajita veggies, shredded cheese, and various other toppings, we received salsa… and chips. My groom, on our wedding day, had to get on the phone with two different Chipotle employees (one a store manager who hung up on him and refused to answer him or Chipotle’s customer service rep.) and was ultimately told that they had the order ready but were not able to create a solution for delivery. In short, we had to pick up the order ourselves. So our best man and maid of honor left our wedding to drive 40 minutes in one direction to grab the rest of the order. Of course all of the food was cold by the time it arrived. Chipotle did not manage this situation in the slightest and left us to scramble on our own to acquire our food. For our trouble we received a refund for $300, which after throwing away 3 pounds of cold rice nobody could stomach, felt more like a slap in the face than a fair reimbursement. I hope this story prevents people from trusting Chipotle Woodinville with their event catering. Perhaps spend a little more and go with QDOBA instead.
