  I was really disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and tough to chew, which made the whole meal unenjoyable. The overall service was poor as well — the staff didn’t seem very welcoming, and the quality of the experience was far below what I expected. The portions and food quality didn’t justify the price, either. Chipotle is supposed to be a place where you can get fresh, tasty food, but this visit was the complete opposite. Definitely not worth the money, and I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves both the food quality and customer service.

  We ordered ahead online on sep 25. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:40, I showed up at like 8:50 and it wasn’t ready so I asked the guy at the counter. He said let me start making that for you and proceeded to start making other people food then. After he finished with that he made my order and asked if I had anything else. I responded by saying yes I had a soda and chips. He asked if I was DoorDash. I said no just ordered online and in a wierd tone said, “oh yay I’m so happy” then handed me the items and said nothing. Guy needs to get his attitude in check.

  The worst chipotle I have been too. The first time a few months ago the employee grabbed lettuce with his hands instead of with tongs. The first red flag. We decided to give it another go and ordered for pick up. The meat was dry and portions were sad compared to other chipotle restaurants. Maybe they warmed up yesterdays meat? I will not be going here again.

  Can you guys please get somebody that can actually wrap a burrito. I went there today got a burrito it was poorly wrapped and food falling everywhere

  I went into to order last night around 7:30-8ish. When I was walking up to the counter they let us know they were out of most of their meats. I said it was no worries I’m not picky, when I ordered my burrito a polite woman named Erika got my order started then passed it to her co worker which was where the issue started. He looked like a young kid, unfortunately I didn’t get his name. When I asked for the first topping he looked back to Erika and started asking if she could take over for him, he was laughing under his breath and mumbling words I couldn’t make out. I don’t really know why I was such a problem customer to him, I was really polite, patient, and I kept saying please and thank you. I also work in the food service industry and do my best to make sure every customer feels they have been helped and respected, but this particular visit I felt very pushed aside and like I mentioned was quite literally laughed at. Again I’m not really sure what the issue seemed to be with my order and why it bothered him to help me so much, but apparently it bothered him so much that he kept asking Erika to take over throughout the entire interaction to the point that after a few toppings I just gave up and had them finish it up. I felt horrible every time I asked for something on my burrito because the way he was acting.
