  Marisa who is the manager here has the worst customer service I’ve seen. I was unaware the pickup window was only for online orders I’m not familiar with this location it was a honest mistake of me thinking is was a drive through, I asked a teenage boy working if people commonly get mistaken and order at the pickup window he said yes that it happens often so what was the need for the attitude and sighing as well as the just her speaking rudely ? First and last time here.

  The pizza and wings were fairly good. It’s been awhile since I have been to Pizza Hut and now I remember why. We got (2) large 2-topping pizzas and wings. Our bill was 73.05. They forgot to “drop” our wings, so I had a few extra minutes to think about the price as seemed rather high. While waiting I looked up the menu and saw several better deals for less than 1/2 of what we paid. I asked the person at the counter if I paid for the correct order and was told it was correct and it was company policy to charge full price if there is no inquiry about a deal. I don’t know if it is typical corporate greed, lack of customer service, or a combination of both…we were never offered any deal, no mention of a better price, and basically told “sorry about your luck.” Well…you made a few extra bucks but lost a customer…the difference in price was really ridiculous. I’d rather support a locally owned independent business. Great corporate policy Pizza Hut…it lost you a lot of future business. I will not return.

  The guys here really know what they're doing !! The website kept crashing so I thought my online order didn't go through; went inside and placed the same order. It took me a few minutes to realize I ordered twice - but Tanner is clearly a professional and noticed right away. He kindly refunded one of the orders but gave us both anyways. There isn't pizza hut at home so walking out with a huge stack was a very unexpected win.

  Having to edit this review from my last one. Bad service went to great service with a smile from the same guy! Once a stoic, non-polite gentleman, to a friendly-smile filled greeting as soon as we stepped in. I am impressed with the change. Thank you pizza hut, the food was also delicious.
