    Asked for a cold brew and got a cup filled with ice. Managed to take three small sips. Regret tipping before I saw my drink. What a joke, and an absolute ripoff

    I have to go with 2 stars 🌟. I live up the street from this location so I am a regular by now, & this morning, I was pretty annoyed. I went in for a strawberry Italian soda with Red Bull, was told I'd be charged the red bull now, I said okay. I was very clear about wanting whip cream and cream in my drink. I asked if I can have the full red bull in my drink & he stated that would cost more. Then just went to the original drink of half red bull half soda. I said fine. I was charged over 9 dollars! & I don't even know what they gave me. No cream or whip cream, & no Red Bull. I am very disappointed. More now because I've gone many times and they always forget my whip cream & when I've asked for a small hot cocoa for my daughter and a large hot coffee for me, twice the switched them. I will be limiting my trips from now on.
