    What's the point of ordering ahead in the app if they aren't going to have the drink ready when they say they are. They shouldn't start making it once you get there making you wait another 5 min after stating your drink would be ready. Then when you ask them why it's not ready now you're the problem. Shitty service on top of the waiting.

    Do the girls taking the order(s) even listen to what you’re ordering?! Just frustrating, even after you leave a tip out of generosity. Somehow they are rude even after you tell them if they can fix it.

    ​I’ve been a consistent customer at this location for the past year, but over the last month, the quality and accuracy of the drinks have gone downhill fast. ​I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt by adjusting my order, switching to light ice, extra sweet, trying different drinks, and even ordering through the app, but my order was still made incorrectly three times in the last two weeks alone. On other occasions, the coffee has tasted completely watered down even with the adjustments to my order. Because of these ongoing issues, I’ve stopped tipping, and I always tip. ​Fortunately, a new coffee shop just opened nearby, and with Java Dog opening soon, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. As a loyal Dutch Bros fan for years, this is incredibly disappointing, but I’m tired of wasting my money.

    Today Gerardo made our morning! His great smile, warm personality, plus efficiency with our order, was greatly appreciated! Service was quick! The man at the window delivering our drinks was kind and friendly too. It was a special day to order! They blessed us with a complimentary kid steamer for our 2 year old granddaughter’s birthday drink. Much appreciated!!
