  Chipotle is always tasty, but this location has been hit or miss. Both times we’ve visited, the staff seemed unhappy and unfriendly, which makes the place feel off. Portions were inconsistent and on our last visit we were told they were out of fajitas while they were clearly sitting in the tray. Good food, but the service could be better.

  Group order of 3 items and they don’t label either burrito and just don’t make a burrito order and they make some random burrito with nothing that was ordered on it. Place is a joke waste your 15$ some where else. Or give it to the bell ringers outside Walmart if you wanna just throw your money away. In this day with expense you should not have to waste money on kid employees who don’t care and put zero effort into what you are spending stupid money on.

  Missing part of my order and the wrapped it like it was dog food and when I called no one answered. Do better Chipotle in Wenatchee. Ordered online at 3:30 for pick up at 4:30

  First time. Food was cold and tasted old. Guacamole was already browning. Queso dip had no flavor. Tortilla chips were stale. Flower tortillas were chewy. Waste of money. 💯💯

  I always order online for pickup and they never ever disappoint!!! My bowl is always packed full even though I’m not there to request for more or less of anything. So delicious and the employees at the chipotlane window have always been kind and cheerful.
