  Building is clean. I've eaten here dozens of times. The ketchup now has the pour properties of water, and it tastes odd. Kitchen staff are very loud, shouting across the building when it is slow and quiet. It makes eating inside not relaxing. Similar to the random noise from speakers that sounds like news, but cuts off and on at random and is not what is on the TV.

  This is a typical McDonald's. Our food was quick and accurate! This restaurant does not have a play area. Nice and clean with a variety of seating!

  Asked for Big Mac meal, no pickles, onions & center bun. They gave me 3x the sauce (which was way too much) & no lettuce. This is 1 reason why I get the Big Mac.

  The young man, Jacob that took my complicated kids order, was very kind, hospitable, and patient. The manager running the floor, (today is March 30th, 2026 @ 7:27PM. I believe her name to be (veronica). As someone that owns a business dedicated to Customer service, hospitality, and all facets of FOH customer service. She barked at the (kids) all young works as she demanded they come from their stations to help HER, all while still taking longer than 30 seconds to greet me and lmk someone will be right with me. She lately looked right at me while calling on other people.Even though she could have finished, her order still greeted me and did both jobs at once.It was not that busy.And I was the only person at the counter. That is not how you treat your workers. That was the most disrespectful management of young people.I have ever seen, so McDonald's, if you would like to contact me for seminars. My business is elite hospitality ops.Where I teach managers in front of house of all places.Restaurants dive bars, high end restaurants.My specialty is people and the way that people are treated by their own staff, how you can do what she did in a more respectful way that maybe we should be sending our managers to at least two conferences.A year on how we treat our workers, whether they're younger or older. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is for the young man. Jacobs, hospitality, kindness, apology and for doing more than he should have good job. Kiddo.
