    Hugely disappointed. I’ve heard a lot of negative things about Dutch Brothers, but I wanted to give it a shot. The girl who took my order outside was very sweet… But she forgot to ask me if I wanted a hot coffee or an iced coffee. Given she didn’t ask I didn’t think about it, until I got to the window and Wace handed an iced coffee. I don’t drink iced coffee. So I asked them to make it hot, and the girl but rolls her eyes at me. They proceed to hand me a hot coffee that… Is a 12 ounce. I ordered a 16 ounce. I paid for a 16 ounce. I also ordered a breve, and this coffee is so thin that I know that it is not a breve. They used regular milk. So not only did I have to have it corrected, but I still got the wrong coffee. And there’s cars piling up behind me, so I left. I paid for a coffee that I don’t even want. Overall incredibly disappointed. I got a smaller coffee that I ordered and the coffee isn’t what I ordered. And that’s after it had to be corrected.

    Dutch Bros is the best. Love their drinks and specials. Their point system seems to be equitable with their previous card stamp system. Love the increase in special drops like stickers and things.

    Always love this Dutch Bros. Extremely friendly and usually very fast. Sometimes they spend a little extra time on my doggies pup cup too! 😍
