    We are regulars at this particular Dutch Bros and visit the shop 3+ times a week. I would say 25% of the time our drinks are made incorrectly, we overlook the discrepancies because when the drinks are made right we absolutely love them. More times than I can count our golden eagle chais are made as iced golden eagle lattes. Today's visit Saturday Sept 26th around 11am, there was a female worker with dark blackish hair that I had never seen at the shop before working at the window. As she was putting the drinks in the drink holder I noticed the one farthest from me was a darker color than should be, I politely asked her if she could make sure that drink was made correctly to which she flat out rolled her eyes and gave me a look like she was disgusted with me. Without even glancing down at our drinks with a smart-ass tone she said "your drinks were made correctly". To which I replied the back corner one looks a lot darker, she then grabbed that cup, pulled it up and shook it around and roll her eyes again. At that point I did see that the darker color was caused from a shadow so I said "oh never mind I see it was the shadow causing the darkness", she then glances up at me with another disgusted look. At this point I was beyond put out with her attitude and facial expressions, so I told her how displeased I was with her behavior. Absolutely unacceptable.

    Hugely disappointed. I’ve heard a lot of negative things about Dutch Brothers, but I wanted to give it a shot. The girl who took my order outside was very sweet… But she forgot to ask me if I wanted a hot coffee or an iced coffee. Given she didn’t ask I didn’t think about it, until I got to the window and Wace handed an iced coffee. I don’t drink iced coffee. So I asked them to make it hot, and the girl but rolls her eyes at me. They proceed to hand me a hot coffee that… Is a 12 ounce. I ordered a 16 ounce. I paid for a 16 ounce. I also ordered a breve, and this coffee is so thin that I know that it is not a breve. They used regular milk. So not only did I have to have it corrected, but I still got the wrong coffee. And there’s cars piling up behind me, so I left. I paid for a coffee that I don’t even want. Overall incredibly disappointed. I got a smaller coffee that I ordered and the coffee isn’t what I ordered. And that’s after it had to be corrected.
