  Gave me someone else’s order after driving to pick it up. Then had to drive back to the store for them to give me the right order. Once I got there to exchange for the proper order, they still forgot the fries. Then once I got home I realized they also forgot to give me the ranch sauce that I had to pay extra for…. On top of that the Cinnabon bites I got were dry and not very good, and cold. Not happy. Probably won’t go there again which is unfortunate because It’s right down the street from where I live.

  It pains me to write this, as this is my home taco bell. The service 90% of the time is amazing, always friendly. The usual problem whether its drive thru or online order, is that if you order an added sauce like nacho cheese, or sour cream to an item, they have no problem taking your money for it, they have a hard time giving you the sauce. It doesn't seem like much, missing 90 cents here or there, but if youre feeding a family of 5, it can add up to 10-15 dollars. That's not even my biggest gripe today though. Today, I saw the new TRIPLE crunch wrap supremely, with 3 layers of everything. Well here they just give you extra lettuce. No 3 layers of anything. I didn't even get the 2nd tortilla that closes the thing up. Great service from the drive thru guy as always, but tonight struck a nerve, almost 10 dollars in missing sauces, and a taco salad in a crunch wrap, that's just embarrassing, and blatant laziness. Im tired of not getting what I pay for, over and over again. Going to have to start going up the street the extra few minutes drive to salmon creek taco bell instead from now on. DO BETTER 99

  How hard is it to make a cheesy roll up? Just cuz its busy just mean you get to do this. Literally the easiest thing to make. Check your employees for real

  I ordered a Cheesey Bean and Rice Burrito without the Nacho Cheese Sauce, without the Creamy Jalapeno Sauce and I added Seasoned Beef. When I ate the Burrito, I also ate it with Mild Sauce. Within 20 minutes of me eating that Burrito, I GOT FOOD POISONING. I immediately started to get Nauseous. Then I got really Nauseous to the point where I had to take 2 of my Prescription Anti Nausea Pills. I then had to pull into a Parking Lot and sit for 5 minutes fighting with the Nausea before I could drive home. When I unlocked the Door to my house, the Nausea got so strong that I had to run to my Bathroom and throw up. Not once. Not twice. Not 3 times. I threw up 6 times. I also got a SEVERE Stomach Ache during and after the Vomiting. I had to Vomit all of the food out to make the Nausea and Pain stop. For the Pain, I had to take 2 Tylenol and use a Heating Pad to make it stop. After I threw up everything, all the Pain and Nausea stopped. I'm also a Type 1 Diabetic so this could've sent me into DKA very quickly. Luckily, it didn't. I won't be back to this location but if you're reading this and you go here, JUST BE CAREFUL!

  Usually when I go everything is just fine but tonight they gave me the completely wrong order... I ordered online and they even managed to give me the right drink but didn't even give me the right order like,, how??? Just super annoying and disappointing
