  On many occasions, I have gone here, and 9/10 times, they almost completely mess the order up. I ordered a combo that comes with the side, for example, the nuggets that are supposed to come with the fries, and they forgot them. Almost every time, they also forget either half the box deal contents or just make the sloppiest, most empty tacos, chalupas, crunch-wraps, etc. If they make it, they find a way to mess it up at this location or forget parts of the order. This place needs some serious management work done.

  When I got my order from the drive thru window, I assumed I had the wrong order at first because I had 2 potato tacos and a supreme chalupa and the bag felt like 1 item. I discovered all 3 were there and left. They must have had a DM or someone in upper management on the food line because when I tell you these were the lamest tacos ever, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration. The potato tacos literally had 4 potatoes on each and were about 1/3 full between that, lettuce and cheese. The chalupa had a small amount of beef smeared on the bottom, not even a scoop but a smear. This one was about half full with 6 tomatoes on top. It was half bread. Same with the potato tacos. They were 2/3 tortilla shell only. I saved my reward to use today and it was the worst. NEVER go to this location in the afternoons. The morning crew knows how to make tacos but not the afternoon shift. With prices no on fast food it’s pretty sad to get this.

  Drive through only now? Don’t waste your time on this one, the hazel dell location is better with their food quality anyway

  They don't have a phone so can't call them when they screw up your order which happens ALL the time. Better check before leaving the drive thru

  I always go here for a late night snack and never had an issue until last night. I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and a Chicken Chalupa Supreme. Got home, and what do I find? This sad very sad Cheesy Gordita Crunch. This taco was no it, a pinch of cheese, couple pieces of lettuce & like no meat AND MY HARD SHELL WAS BROKEN. Very disappointing, I didn’t enjoy eating basically taco shells after my 5 hour drive
