- CCChloe Chavez2 days ago5.0Came here last night for dinner! I went through the drive thru after placing my mobile order, the employee at the speaker was very polite and efficient. At the window, she confirmed my name and asked me if i needed any extra sauce which i thought was very sweet! my order came out quickly and the food was delicious as always!! I recommend the $7 box or the discovery box for the best deal. They always have deals on the app, and if you earn enough points you can even get a chalupa for free!! so awesome :))

- JGJes GuillermoApr 29, 20261.01) The taco did not have much ingredients in it. 2) I had 2 cups of drinks but they had no cup holders and the staff just said they had none. I had to drive with 1 hand to use the other hand to prevent the cups from spilling on my car seat. 3) the car ahead of me did not move up far enough for me to get to the mic/speaker and the order taker kept asking me my order. I finally shouted that I was still far from the mic. He said I needed to speak louder becausr he could not hear me. I yelled back that it's because I was still far from the mic. He sighed and sounded frustrated. I told the supervisor in duty what happened and she also told me to speak louder next time. I repeated that the car in front of me was still blocking and I was still far from the mic. I think she finally understood (?) and said she will talk to the guy who took my order. No apologies from her and still made me feel like I was in the wrong. I think the entire staff needs to undergo training about effective listening and customer service/appreciation.
