Delivery drivers, DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS HERE! They will waste your time, making you drive through the drive thru over and over, putting your order off while other drive thru orders go through just fine. They think delivery drivers are low priority.

Been sitting here since 7:27pm waiting for a TO GO ORDER. It is NOW 8pm and have absolutely NOTHING in my hand! One member said “we ran out of meat…” then proceeded to just walk away plain as day. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Sure, im not expecting a 5 star like the majority of customers, but I do expect to receive exactly what I paid for and nothing less. My husband came home with a 12 pack of tacos, which was awesome... until I put together how much he paid verses how much he was served. As you can see in the photos referenced, the ticket clearly stated "12 beef crunchy tac sup". That isn't what we got unfortunately. which would mean he paid over $30 for mediocre plain tacos. What makes it worse as an experience is when I called to make the crew aware of their screw up, so they could make it right for the next customer. The employee on the other end was difficult and did not show any concern for her deliverance of service, and told me that based on their policies they couldn't comp us back our money over the phone. So I opted for them to comp my husband (1) meal the next time he came in. But it was obvious they only cared about finishing the call and didn't even take down his name after asking me specifically for it in the first place. So for good measure, I'm giving this location the review im posting with the proper information they should have asked for to make it right..

I have been to every Taco Bell in Vancouver and this is by far the best one. The food always tastes fresh at this location. I have mentioned this to employees when I pick up in drive-thru. The employees are also very friendly here. I just want to give a shout out to the manager for doing such an amazing job with training. The other locations need someone like you.
