  Was told I picked the only stall that didn’t have a working card reader and then cut off abruptly. If they knew it didn’t work why was there not a sign?

  The person taking my order got it wrong. In a number of ways and We ended up paying more than we intended. Because we bought, oh whole extra burger that we had not intended. Then, my husband's drink was supposed to be a lime. Ricky, but it was not supposed to be a slush and it was so I was disappointed in the service. But the girl who brought the stuff out to me was very nice. And the food that was brought out to me was nice.

  Asked for certain sauces for corn dogs & mozzarella sticks got absolutely none & staff couldn't be bothered to correct their error!

  They never mix the milkshakes up very well. It's always teenage girls that work the window and always have a snobby attitude! I honestly can't stand the service here, the only thing that has me come back every once in a while is the size of their large milkshakes. If Carl's Jr or jack in the box had the same size milkshakes I would never go to sonic again just because of their window girls!

  Service was fast and food was fresh. Layla was friendly and provided excellent customer service in drive-thru. Great customer service makes a difference, I'll definitely be coming back
