In the span of 10 minutes as I was putting my toddler to sleep Logan brought the missing items himself ! So thankful ! I know things happen but when corporations do the right thing and go above and beyond it’s worth to praise ! Thank you guys ! They also only had one manager and not allot of staff so their sacrifice is greatly appreciated ! This mama thanks yall 💕

I was there around 6:45 PM on Friday, May 8th, and had also been there the day before and saw the same staff. During both visits, the experience felt very cold. The first employee told me to hold on please, held up her finger, and walked away without explaining anything. Then another employee came over and started typing on the computer without introducing herself or acknowledging me, so I honestly wasn’t even sure she was helping me until she told me to sign the pin pad. Afterward, she simply said, Alright, you’re taken care of, with no communication beyond that. I understand pharmacy staff are busy, but basic communication and friendliness make a big difference.

At the same time, Safeway’s prices remain higher than competitors like Walmart and WinCo, yet service and produce quality do not reflect that premium. This situation highlights that current staffing and operational decisions are creating negative experiences for both employees and customers and need urgent review.
