  Don't order pick up from here unless you want it to get charged, wait one day for them to tell you it won't be ready, reschedule for the next day for it not to be ready again, and when it's finally ready and you come to pick it up, you have to wait another 10min in your car for them to bring it out. Definitely go to a different Safeway. I've also been accused of stealing a half gallon of milk for $1.50 when going through the self checkout and the old lady chased me out the door telling me to stop. Thankfully, I had my receipt as proof that she was wrong. Worst store ever! I'll definitely be shopping elsewhere.

  Clean store with good variety of items in stock. Plenty of parking.

  Went to pick up a deli catering item and was told they gave my order away to the wrong person. Luckily they were able to put it together within 15 minutes but was not offered any reimbursement or compensation for the inconvenience. While waiting at the counter, I witnessed a gentleman get completely ignored and he ended up leaving without being able to order anything.

  I have to thank the pharmacy tech - Caucasian guy with the glasses reddish hair I think, and always the nicest and most down to earth guy smile on his face treats everyone with the utmost respect every time I see him. Takes time, calm, and stays kind with every customer even if they’re yelling at him (and it’s not his fault the customer tries to pull a fast one on the computer system that knows how many # Rx’s were filled/completed, partial fill, etc). Anyway, he helped me and I will always be grateful. Thanks again. Also the florist - the bouquets are always gorgeous!

  This 1 start review is based on the experience my husband and I just had regarding an interaction we witnessed between the front of the store shift supervisor (slender woman in her 50's, medium length, straight blonde hair) and the gal working at Starbucks. We were waiting for our order at the Starbucks counter, the gal making our order was working alone and had a steady stream of customers the entire time. The supervisor had been chatting with another person near the Starbucks the whole time we had been in the store. The supervisor leaned over the side of the Starbucks wall, got the gals attention and pointed over to where she (the supervisor) had been standing and chatting and stated there was something that the gal needed to make time to go clean. The gal replied that she would get to it when she could because she is working alone today. Then the supervisor proceeded to go roughly 12 feet away to chat and laugh with another employee that was working self-checkout. That supervisor could have taken a moment and cleaned up whatever she had been talking about while she was chatting and laughing the whole time that I had been in the store. Having been in store management myself and being a District Manager, the supervisors we appoint to be leaders in our stores should be leading by example. The supervisor at this location is missing the mark. If she were my employee, she'd be required to redo her training at the very least. Ps. The Starbucks employee (her name tag said Liz is her name) did a great job of engaging with customers, being polite, working quickly and having a cross conversation with her supervisor all at the same time. Her supervisor could learn by watching her.
