  This is the second time my order has been screwed up. I ordered one of there specials. 2 med. pizzas with bread sticks and 8 bone in wings. I even asked the girl to verify everything was correct. She opened the pizza box, then the bread stick box and I asked her if there were 8 bone in wings and she said yes. But she never bothered to open the box of wings. Why's that? I'm pretty sure she knew she screwed up my order and didn't want to fix it. And sure enough I get home only to see she gave me Chicken Nuggets instead of my bone in wings. This is Rediculous. This has happened twice now.

  Pizza was ready for pickup on time and was hot and fresh! Lovely and energetic lady at the cash register greeted me and handed me my order. Love Pizza Hut Mill Plain!

  My chicken bacon parmesan melt and stuffed crust pizza turned out so good! Seems like this location went through a rough patch but under Brandi’s leadership I would become a regular 😊 The manager Brandi genuinely cares about the service at this location so much and works really hard to make her customers have a good experience.

  Orders are almost always right on time, staff are very courteous and friendly, and you can tell they keep the kitchen clean, as it always smells nice (like pizza) when you step inside! Staff keep the store cool, which is really important for people like me in hotter weather.

  It’s was great at first because they gave me free crushed pepper, but my fault though I should of checked my order I asked for chicken AND PEPPERONI on both of my pizzas-IT JUST CAME WITH Chicken. Tried to call them and see if there anything on their end they can do. But called like 6-7 times. Once’s they answered I was on hold for 10 min. Ended up hanging up. It’s whatever now.
