- SHSarah Holmstrom1 day ago1.0Woman who worked there lied on so many counts. For context I frequent this location. I order the same things everytime, so when I get half portions it's pretty obvious. Communication was abysmal, respect for the clientele was 0. Respect for representing her company was 0. After 9 yrs of being an avid customer, I will not be back and I'm reporting fraud to the bank as they stated they would give a refund for the product they said they were out of, and neglected to do so.

Cashier served me my plate without it and when I asked, she refused to give it to me. I pointed out it’s in the picture, yet she remained adamant I would need to pay an additional $2.50. Food quality different and barefoot homeless people loitering. I won’t be back. Sad, this has been a family favorite for so many years!

Also dont budge on only 5 little space cups for free unless you pay money, even whrn you order 3 entrees... The Muchas Gracias off 164th is much better in portion size, speed, and overall service.
