  The sandwich taste pretty crappy. The one that is on deal right now on app. It’s cold and bad tastes. I forced myself to finish it.

  Tried this place for the first time because I was running errands and hungry, and I completely regret it. $11 for a sandwich that is smaller than anything Subway has ever served is a total rip-off. To make it worse, they charge an extra $1.50 just for 2-3 basic slices of cheese. The worst part is the card reader at checkout. They intentionally removed the "No Tip" button to force you into a guilt trip. You have to manually click "Other" and type in $0 just to avoid tipping for a basic counter-service transaction. Convenience isn't worth getting nickel-and-dimed for tiny portions and manipulative tech. Vote with your wallet. I sure as hell won't be buying from this company again.

  I stop by this store occasionally on my way home from work, typically arriving between 8:20 PM and 8:25 PM. Although the store does not close until 9:00 PM, I have encountered several issues with service during these visits. On two separate occasions, weeks apart, I was told the store was completely out of bread and was directed to another nearby location by the same employee. Tonight, although there were two loaves available, I was informed that the toaster had already been turned off for the evening. While I understand the need for staff to begin cleaning before closing, customers should be able to receive full service until the posted closing time. I hope you will look into this to ensure consistent service for late-evening customers.

  Always gets my order wrong, not the best service, on top of closing early all the time. There sandwiches always seem so small compared to other Jimmy John’s too. Barely anything in the sandwich. I like the Chkalov location better
