  Terrible customer service. After my experience, it’s no surprise this place was practically empty on a Friday afternoon during the lunch rush. I spent $15 on a mediocre sandwich and left feeling completely disappointed. The staff acted like customers were an inconvenience instead of the reason they’re in business. The food certainly wasn’t good enough to make up for the poor attitude, especially at that price. If you’re going to charge premium prices, the service and quality should reflect it. Instead, I got an overpriced sandwich and a customer experience that guaranteed I won’t be back. The owner should take a hard look at how customers are being treated because that’s exactly how businesses lose repeat customers and earn bad reviews.

  I placed an order online and it took 2hrs to deliver to me. I live about 5min from the store. Ever since they started using third parties to deliver it has been horrible. I will longer order from this store.
