Turkey Tom's both sandwiches were made incorrectly as to ingredients one had no pickles should have been extra. Also the cheese ordered in one was put on the wrong one . One should have been light lettuce and the other extra tomato both had extra lettuce and only one had any tomato Neither where cut in half. Neither had extra mayo. Asked for mayo packets and mustard packes reciever Neither. Ordered thru app. Double checked and the order was correct but what i recieved was a mess ! Very disappointing because I eat here regularly. Maybe just a little too freaky fast ???

No way to track progress or status if ordered through the JJ website since a third party handles deliveries for them now. Tracker in your email eventually just stops after it says out for delivery. What used to be a convenient option now costs your more time than it saves.

- DSDavid SreyJul 24, 20261.0Terrible customer service. After my experience, it’s no surprise this place was practically empty on a Friday afternoon during the lunch rush. I spent $15 on a mediocre sandwich and left feeling completely disappointed. The staff acted like customers were an inconvenience instead of the reason they’re in business. The food certainly wasn’t good enough to make up for the poor attitude, especially at that price. If you’re going to charge premium prices, the service and quality should reflect it. Instead, I got an overpriced sandwich and a customer experience that guaranteed I won’t be back. The owner should take a hard look at how customers are being treated because that’s exactly how businesses lose repeat customers and earn bad reviews.
