- DMDarlene McLeodOct 3, 20261.0It was not busy (maybe 5 customers) and the employees were standing around gossiping. Dirty tables, over flowing garbage and a ketchup dispenser that was empty. My burger was gross 1 bite and it oozed so much mustard and ketchup it was dripping off my hand, they coated both sides of my burger. That's the 2nd x it's been like that. It was the 1st time I've been in there and seen all adults working. The manager was getting some training from his supervisor when we were there. We ended up sitting at the table right by them. I really feel sorry for the employee that the supervisor was unhappy about getting hired. It sounded like she had plans to get rid of her already. She wasn't a good fit. Me I'm just a keyboard warrior like the supervisor was complaining about too. Note to supervisor don't train your managers to trash talk employees around customers. We use to love this place. It's the only place we would go for hamburgers and we would go out of our way for this location. We will not be wasting our time or money at this establishment any more. Reading reviews we are not the only ones that feel this place has gone way down hill since opening. Maybe this place needs a new supervisor because what we sat and listened to was all kinds of wrong.
