- JCJames Crouse5 days ago1.0Starting with the worst thing. I added in an optional $2.00 Tip. It was not supposed to be taxed as it is an optional tip, but it was added into the Order Total and taxed. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! Essentially, the tax rate should have been 8.9% and it ended up being 9.2%. We will report to the Department of Revenue. It is a common issue at Fast Food and other places. Facility wise, the Freestyle Coke machines were out of just about everything. Took awhile just to find a drink that we could actually dispense. The bathrooms were not stocked, floors where both slippery (no signs out) and sticky. The service was good though which is why I added a tip. Food was also as ordered. Too bad the experience was tainted with tax fraud and ill kept facility.

- TTtelekon80Jul 10, 20265.0The first time I came, I came during a huge rush. I haven’t had Five Guys before, but I’ve heard good things about it. This is close by my apartment, and I thought it would be a good time to try it. The crew there was working super hard. There was a wait, but I could tell that they were trying their best to juggle online orders, and walk ins. The girl who took my order was so kind. I made sure to let her know that she was doing a great job. The experience actually was quite positive. The wait was absolutely worth it. The burger tasted amazing, and it was so good that I came back the next day! The 2nd day was even better. First, the wait was super fast. Second, the atmosphere was amazing. There were 2 employees that were absolutely hilarious. The General Manager was also incredibly sweet, and reassured me that there wouldn’t be a long wait. The energy, and the food was a fantastic end to my work week. Overall, I’ve had a very pleasant experience for the 2 times I’ve come here. I’ll be coming back whenever I’m craving a burger.
