  This Five Guys location has a super awesome crew! I frequent Five Guys back home in Phoenix, so I already have high expectations for their customer service, and this Vancouver team absolutely nailed it. The service here is just outstanding—exactly what you’d expect from a crew that knows how to treat their customers right and make sure everything is perfect. ​I want to give a massive shout-out to Joseph, the fry cook. My burger originally came out with two slices of cheese, and since I don't care for too much cheese, Joseph immediately stepped up and remade my burger for me without any hesitation. He made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. Huge thanks to Joseph and the rest of the team Sarah, Ashanti, and Ally for going above and beyond!

  Customer service was non existent, walked in with my friend to order a shake while she got a burger and fries, counter lady was giving me attitude because I only wanted a shake and then precided to stare and watch me throughout the store as I waited for my friends order to be done. The cook and the guy giving the finished meals to people both were staring at me and my friend the whole time when we were just standing at there table waiting, when they handed the food over they gave me a snarky have a nice day and rolled there eyes while pushing the bag at my face and then proceeded to all watch us until we walked out. Very rude and uncomfortable experience, didn't do anything besides order food not sure what there problem was.

  I ordered burgers with A1 sauce and fries with Cajun seasoning from Five Guys. Both items were clearly listed on my receipt, but neither was included with my order. The burger had no A1 sauce, and the fries had no Cajun seasoning. It was a simple request, yet it was still overlooked. The food itself tasted good, but missing the sauce and seasoning I specifically ordered was disappointing. A little more attention to detail would go a long way.

  UPDATE! I received a call from the main office in response to the review left on my last visit. Paige was extremely understanding of my frustration and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We stopped in again tonight and the crew was fantastic, and of course the burgers were just as good as always. Thank you for listening to customer concern and fixing issue. We will be back! We stopped in after work to place an order. The cashier was friendly and provided great service, but we were told they were out of fries and couldn't fulfill any fry orders. While we were waiting, one of the employees offered to cut more potatoes because several customers wanted fries. A female manager told him no. A few moments later, I noticed two baskets of uncooked fries sitting by the fryer, and the employee asked if he could cook those for the customers who were already in the restaurant. The manager responded, "No, I'm saving those for online orders." Hearing that was disappointing. I spoke up and said I couldn't believe she had just said that when there were paying customers standing in the restaurant who wanted fries. She ignored my comment, gave me an irritated look, and then walked away. Before heading to the back, she told the staff to "just make the fries." By that point, our order was ready, and I wasn't willing to wait any longer. What bothered me most wasn't just that they had run out of fries—it was the manager's attitude and priorities. It was frustrating to see customers who had taken the time to come into the restaurant treated as less important than potential online orders that hadn't even arrived yet. Running out of prepared fries while having plenty of potatoes available also suggested poor planning. I love Five Guys, but I will never return to the Mill Plain location. The manager on duty demonstrated poor customer service and a lack of sound judgment when it came to prioritizing the customers who were already in the restaurant
