    I miss going here for me and my friend Ed. He was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and died on August 6th. Now it's hard to want to go there.

    Not the first time I’ve had to wait in line because they are too busy making conversation. For example today I pulled up and there was a car already at the window, clearly had been there for a couple minutes already. All of the baristas were at the window talking to who ever was in the car. About a minute after I got there they finally took the cars order. They continued their conversation for a couple more minutes which was fine because the drink needs to be made but, they very clearly knew each other and just sat there having a normal conversation even before the order was made. I understand making conversation with customers but if you have a car waiting and more pulling in and you’re just standing there making conversation, that is pretty frustrating. I was on a 30 minute break and spent about 10 minutes here when there was just one car in front of me, I never spend anymore than like 5 minutes here. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
